Bertram Lawrence "Bert" Podell (December 27, 1925 – August 17, 2005) was an American lawyer and politician. A member of the Democratic Party, he notably served as the U.S. Representative from New York's 13th congressional district from 1968 to 1975. Born in Brooklyn, he attended Yeshiva of Flatbush and Abraham Lincoln High School before joining the United States Navy during World War II, serving from 1944 to 1946.
